During the winter, the stratus becomes persistant over the valleys, due to a strong temperature inversion. It is always a good idea to drive up to the moutains to see some wonderful winter landscapes.
When the night comes, the city lights the cloud sea from underneath.
Do you recognize Orion constellation above the cloud sea ?
The highest peak near the center is the White Mount, Le Mont-Blanc.
